We would love to welcome you on June 1st at Terre Lente where we have a workshop with Angelica's Elvira; As Soup As Possible's centenary Italian sourdough starter. Angelica will give you a taste of what sourdough can do and a bread recipe to get you started. This all happens with a side of homemade food, good Italian wine and new friends who share your same love for the good things in life. Join our sourdough talks at Terre Lente, enjoy freshly baked sourdough bread, (vegetarian) food and good wine over aperitivo. If you're only in it for the food, the wine, and the good company, you're just as welcome! If you're after the baking challenge, instead, you'll lay your hands on your first Neapolitan sourdough starter and receive all the guidance you need to start baking your own bread right away. Giveaway - Reservation required Get a free batch of sourdough starter with which you'll be able to bake happily ever after! To avoid waste, I will only make as much sourdough starter as requested, and a couple extra jars, just in case, so please remember to: -Reserve your sourdough via the Facebook page Facebook.com/assoupaspossible, or send an email to the address on your e-ticket. The starter reservation is only valid in combination with a ticket. -Bring a food container or a glass jar (medium sized, 300-400ml capacity) to take it home. During the event Angelica will be giving you a maintenance demo will and sharing her maintenance instructions with you, together with an easy bread recipe.
