Showcasing Southern Italian native varieties, the sixth edition of Radici del Sud on tour is back in Amsterdam from the 19th to the 21st of October. The event sees Terre Lente and the Association Propapilla join forces to shine a spotlight on Southern Italian wines. The focus, as always, will be on connecting the wine producers from Southern Italy with wine buyers, journalists, wine experts, restauranteurs and wine lovers from all over the Netherlands. The event programme will give wine enthusiasts the opportunity to taste 70 different wines from Southern Italy.
 
The renewing of this event, now in its sixth edition, confirms and consolidates the message and the connections that Radici del Sud aims to achieve, providing a stage for wines of Southern Italy to reach a broader audience.
 
On Sunday October 20th we invite you for a brunch and wine tasting. We will prepare a warm cosy traditional oven dish and some smaller dishes on the side and together we will take one last turn at trying and tasting all the wines from Radici del Sud as we relax and enjoy the lazy sunday.

Nicola Campanile, president of the association Propapilla, with firm conviction underlines how is very appreciated in Northern Europe the evolution of the path of Southern Italian producers, who have always made the distinctive features of their products by respecting the traditions of the Southern vines, producing today products of a great level. "The excellence achieved by our wines is now widely recognized also abroad” - says Campanile. "Our intention, at this year's appointment, is to confirm the good sensations already offered on previous occasions and to extend them to an ever wider audience, certain to collect the usual appreciation considering the inclusion of new Regions of the South as well".
